create an iphone & android app which users can advertise their wares for sale. What is your opinion on whether to develop it as an app for each platform or pseudo app/html5 or just plain html5 for browser access..? Give quotes for each in your reply. It should be extensible so that new catagories can be added or changed from my end. (have html & basic js experience) I will take care of design/graphics, you take care of the coding.
