Convert iPhone App to New Tall 4 Inch Retina iPhone 5 Display (auto layout?)

I have an existing project that needs to be converted to the new iphone 5 tall 4 inch retina resolution. The problem is the controls were not created using auto layout or auto size, so it looks jumbled when adding the [login to view URL] image. I need someone to go through my 12 XIB's and make them auto-layout so that it looks good for the 4 inch retina display. There are very few controls on each xib (3 or 4 each on average), so it wont take long to set them to auto-size depending on the resolution. While we are at it, I would like to convert it to a universal app (ipad support) instead of just iphone app. Running the ipad app converter on the project is fine, just please test afterwards and make sure everything is good (I don't have an ipad to test on locally). If possible, I would prefer some other sizing method so that it will also run on iOS 5, but if not, no big deal, we can use auto layout and make the app iOS 6 only, just not the preferred method. Maybe a bonus involved if we can do iOS5 and iOS 6 though.
