But do u able to clear some questions for me: - what you target OS (IOS only?) - do you have any design of the app? How many screens will it have? Screen's design? This is important for placing project on appstore (Apple have rather strict rules and deployment to market can take a lot of time - weeks or even month!) - do u have an algorithm/detailed description of approach that should be used for measuring?
