Hi folks, We would like to develop a cross platforms mobile app and website for an audio application. The brief is ready, however, you have to sign off an NDA before we send the brief out to bidders. Below are the terms and conditions and the app specifications to get a rough idea of what is required: App specifications: 1- The app should be cross platform compatible IOS, Android and HTML 5 as a responsive website. 2- The app codes should be following the code standards, reusable and interoperable with other codes. 3- The app should use HTML5 as a GUI for web and native apps. 4- The app codes should be transferable to any mobile native platform. PHP, JS and JQuery should be used as the main development languages 5- The app will be integrated into a content management system to manage its content, users and monitor the activities. 6- User permissions and level permissions. 7- The app should use a language packs to make it easier in future to become multilingual. 8- Reports, statistics and analytics should be available on the app dashboard. Stipulations/Terms and conditions for the suppliers/bidders: 1- The bidder has to provide a full proposal with a timeline for delivering each phase of the app/Website, strategy, organizational structure and team members, and showcases to support their bidding. 2- Bidders are open to pitch for designing the app and creative, however, pitching for this project doesn’t guarantee the bidder to win the project. 3- Bidders will have a fair opportunity to present their proposal over Skype to explain their proposal in details. 4- Any unrealistic timelines and costs will result in getting the bidder proposal to be spurned without giving any further notice or reasons for this decision. 5- The bidder should be familiar with music/audio software development and should submit showcases for previous works. 6- The app codes will be reviewed and QAed by K-Elite QA masters and engineers. 7- Bidders have a 1 week from the 28th of November 2013 to submit their bids. 8- Bidders are not allowed to share the project brief with other parties without K-Elite written approval. Hi, I have strong backgroun on audio/video streaming through app and application. And, I would like to be invited for a detail proposal for this project. 1-The app should be cross platform compatible IOS, Android and HTML 5 as a responsive website. The Phonegap framework takes care of the cross platform compatibility. for iOS, Android. 2-The app codes should be following the code standards, reusable and interoperable with other codes. Yes, I would follow all the standards. 3-The app should use HTML5 as a GUI for web and native apps. Yes, the website will be responsive. 4-The app codes should be transferable to any mobile native platform. PHP, JS and JQuery should be used as the main development languages Yes, the app would be in native language. 5-The app will be integrated into a content management system to manage its content, users and monitor the activities. I have integrated the wordpress blog in app. 6-User permissions and level permissions. I agree to this. The website admin will do this and the same database would be accessible to the mobile user. 7-The app should use a language packs to make it easier in future to become multilingual. There is an option to enable this feature. It requires extra work, but not a challenge. 8-Reports, statistics and analytics should be available on the app dashboard.
