Active developer account/ iPad

Hello, We have created an iPhone app but we need an active developer account to submit it. We urgently need to submit it for approval before our event taking place on November 10th,11th,12th,13th Please bear in mind that we also have to advertise the app and publish the link with QR codes We are not ready to pay $99 for an entire year now. Using you account is for one month but there are many projects to come with paid apps. Please reply asap Be blessed, Gee
