Android IP camera video recorder

Android - IP Camera video recorder 1. Input - An MJPEG codec stream from an IP camera, at 30 fps and image size of 600x480. The steam is access via URL such as [login to view URL] 2. The app should be able to view and record the video as an mp4 file on the phone. 3. The app should be able to record at-least 45 mins of video without crashing or memory issues. 4. Need to avoid using FFMPEG or any heavy third party tool.
