Blackberry mobile app for merchants in group buying site

I need to develop a mobile app for Blackberry users for a Groupon like site. This app is intended for merchants who need to track the validity of coupons and a tally of results. The app needs to link up with our web site and track which coupons are valid, which are not valid )because they have already been redeemed or are for other promotions) and keep a tab on results. It is especially important for merchants that have multiple locations, with many coupons being exchanged simultaneously.
