Design multi level Android game

Freelancers, I am looking to hire an individual that is experienced in mobile games specifically for the Android platform and Google Play. You must have experience in UI, Character design, sound, in app purchases and so on... I am an established I.T company located in Florida and have the idea for a game, but not an experienced staff to code for me. You must be experienced in coding and designing games with in app purchases and a also designing a basic website to showcase the game you will also need to get the app to Google Play and guide me in setting up whatever I need to on my end. YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS OTHERWISE I WILL NOT CHOOSE YOU The way I would like to pay for your time designing the app is I would pay you a "%" 60-90 days after the app is live on Google Play to make sure there are no issues in the code and then a % of the sales until your fee is recovered for 4-6 months. I have my legal team standing by to draft up a contract to protect all parties in getting paid. The last team I had develop an app for me that worked on these terms made triple the amount they wanted for the job.. Please only respond if you will agree to these terms.
