I'm looking for a developer who is proficient in both Android and IOS development to build me a dating application that centers around recording a 15 second personal voice message that can be sent to another user. Messages would be listen to inside the app, not calling their phone. This app would allow a user to create/edit/delete a profile, upload photos, search people by geo, and send a custom voice message. Similar to Grindr, but with a voice message sending capability. The app would also have a SDK for virtual currency and google wallet checkout for upgrades and ad removal. I'd like to start off with Android, then build a version for IOS. Your quote should be for building only the android version to start.
