Android RTMP streaming app using Adobe Air

We need to develop an application for android devices (Android TV Box) that allows authenticated users to watch "digital channels" through RTMP protocol (reference: [login to view URL]). Adobe Flash Media Server 4.5 will be used with the last version available of the encoder (reference:[login to view URL]). We need to build RTMP player app for live streaming in Adobe AIR that can port to android devices and upload to Play Store. We will provide all needed API and graphics.
