We have an existing system that gets GPS and RFID data from installed GPS units. This info is stored in a MySQL database. We need a native Android app built to display real time live tracking information from this system as well as RFID monitoring. The app will also require user / device authentication, historical data overlays for the map, geo fencing, statistics, push notifications, TPC sending to the GPS units and reporting functions. Re-posting this project because of error on previous post's budget.
