I need someone to develop a simple Terrapin android app for me. 'BOB' takes a pic of an accident. BOB sends an ad to the Terrapin server saying 'accident' (tag words),time,location. Now, another person 'Rick' searches for it with tag word, timestamp and location as the keys, if there is a match.. Then, a msg is sent to BOB saying" Rick has requested your pic" and if BOB approves, the pic is sent to RICK from BOBs phone..U can code only to accept exact matches,i.e, tag==tag&tamp==(1+-)timestamp&location==location, no need to check for different cases.. The freelancer will have to take care of of both the client and the server side coding. I need it done in a week at tops with the code and the DB. If work found satisfactory, I have more projects in store. Please bid only if you are sure of having it ready in a week.
