Compile the DYNA3D source code and develop the executable file for Windows PC within the Microsoft visual studio environment

The expert should be familiar with the use of the Fortran pre-processor (to deal with the ‪#‎ifdef‬ and similar statements) and use the instructions to identify appropriate pre-processor definitions to use.
