Hi I hope all's well with you. I see you are looking for developer proficient with Ms Access/vba coding. I read your PDF, at first sight here need a split Ms Access DB , as you will use LAN, with Ms Access backed on server PC. The question here how many users there ? Microsoft in this split Access case considers less then 20 users to fork comfortably over LAN. As for split DB I've coded that mode in several Ms Access projects- so no new-how form me that . So here need login form, with admin and user rights based on your scenario of text. I can do that aither via Ms Access 2013 or 2016 . There are a few questions to discuss : the "RA members" shouldn't be also selected from a list ? The number of five members you show on the form, is standard ? Or the user can select only two or three (or more ?) ? I understand the following security module : the "Super Admin" will be able to open "Admin Accounts" & "User Accounts". Each "admin Account" will be able to maintain the various parameters of the application (i.e. Work Activities, Hazards etc) and "Users" will be able to capture "Risk Assessment forms". Also, each "User" should be able to view only his own Risk Assessment Forms. Is this OK ? Or do you have other ideas ? These are my first questions. I have done the majority of my developments on Microsoft Access but I know my way around most if not all of the platforms out there. I have experience in multiple industries and I know I can help. I have had a review of your project brief and I know that the scope is clear enough to get this project done in the quoted time. The only additional peice of information that I would like to request is some samples of what you have been using up until now. The samples in the brief are good end result reviews but I would like to see the sources of that information. Overall this can be done with relative ease. I can add user logins and auditing so that you may track who is doing what, and an alert system is definitely possible and viable. Also, any reports (more precisely the designs) can also be added into the system so that at the end of the day everything looks the same as it has always been, unless you have specific changes which we can included now. As a side note. I presume that you will have a lot of existing data and will most definitely need multi user access. The multi user access requires that the database be "split". Basically, have the forms and reports for capturing and reporting in one file while the actual data is kept separate in another. I set this up by default for most systems along with uploads at no extra charge.
