Create interactive database template to store information for my small business

I have 15 years experience in access database design and development. I have completed well over 250 custom databases in this time. I have worked on existing databases and created from scratch. A list of some databases I built are. ASCL database for Major Hospital in OKC. A scheduling program for the anesthesia department for a Major Hospital in OKC. A ford Parts Database to help a company keep track of inventory in house and EBay. and Many more. I was on Freelancer for 3 years and my account was hacked and I had to create a new profile.
