Design, develop and build PCB Board with Microchip MCU , including firmware.

Hi... I have 6+ years of experience in the field of electronics. I am working on different industrial based project where my primary role was to design embedded system, programming of micro-controller, system implementation. I have worked on more then 55 projects based on PIC platform including heartbeat monitoring system, chemical detection robot for pharma industry, autonomous robots, cap sense based home automation system, Industrial chiller controller, GSM security system and many more. Expect your work done within deadline with best quality..... You require embedded product which has PIC MCU and other components which should be SMD in order to make smallest size. So after reading your requirement i am proposing following things. - if LI-po rechargeable battery will be included size of product will be 6*4 cm - if this is powered by some other source size of product will be 4*3 cm - components cost for 1 prototype will be approximate 30$ (24$ Zigbee, 6$ for MCU and other related compoennts) - PCB fabrication cost will be 26$ - shipment of components will depend on place from where we are purchasing. - shipment of prototype from Surat,India to Sydney, Australia will be 40$ if total weight is below 1kg. Can be done within the board size you have specified. My bid includes designing the schematic and layout in EAGLE and making the prototype too. As I assume this is just for testing purpose so I hope it will be Ok on home brew PCB made. It wont have fancy green masking or silk screen printing on component sides. I will use XC8 compiler to develop the firmware for it and my bid includes the assistance till the same is tested with your xbee module and verified. Please let me know more about analog input output details about their voltage details and input/output impedance. All the input output cables would be taken via 0.1 inch header or any specific connector. Once everything is tested then will ship the product to you. Hi, I have many years experience in microcontroller and microprocessor based circuits. My specific skills include firmware creation, PCB layout in a number of CAD packages and electronics assembly. Your project seems like a straight forward data logger however:- What signal conditioning is required on the analog inputs and outputs? What signal conditioning is requiredto the digitall IO? Does the MCU have to be a PIC? Is the 3,3V to be provided to the board or will it require some on-board voltage conversion? I'm currently using Xbee's in another project..are you using the stand alone modules or the chipset implementations? Do you want physical prototypes? Regards and good luck with your project. I can do your project for US$10K, will take me 15 days, I assume you what get the data in a PC using a "XBee USB ADAPTER" in the PC side, other think are not clear are that you need 2 analog OUT?, the PIC16F1516have not analogs outputs but depending of what you need maybe we can use the PWM to emulate a analog output or make it with an external component or with a series of resistors. About the size I made a few years a go a similar project the one was a 25mm x 35mm the one plug in the XBee on it, this have a 15V to 3.3V regulator on board and a Micro SD to store data, if you need a more small design I can do it too up to 20mm x 15mm x 5mm the entire board with RF include but not using XBee because that module are too big, in this case the price will be a little more hi.
