Create Metatrader 4 EA - MQL4 Programming

I need an MT4 EA to display pip value for EURUSD on chart. This EA must work for 4 digit and 5 digit broker. The pip value displayed must be based on 0.01lot of EURUSD for that particular trading account. The display will be fully depend on the trading account type, some trading accounts have 1pip = 1cent, or 1pip = 10cent, or 1pip = $1 or 1pip = $10. Pip value meaning, how much it cost for 1pip movement in term of money (USD). Please beware of 4 digit and 5 digit currency quote. For 5 digit currency quote, the pip is not at the last digit. It is still at digit 4. For 5 digit quote, the last digit is fraction(1/10) of 1 pip. Please be understand. What I want is to find out the dollar value for 1pip. Not 0.1pip. Attachment is actually the draft version of this EA. But some how it does not work. When I attach on 1pip = 10cent trading account, it is still displaying 1cent as pip value. You need to test it on different broker and different account type (Micro, Standard) and 4 and 5 digit brokers before deliver to me. In other words, please make it does work as what I want before deliver to me. Thank you.
