Change EA to work in compounding instead of single martingale

There is an current fully working highly profitable EA for MT4 that is working based on single martingale. We want change it work based on compounding (allocate % of current winning trade into next trade) concept. Its Binary options EA for MT4 brokers like CLM / GoMarkets. Kindly advice how much such modifications will cost. I been quoted 1-2 hours work by expert. Thank you.
