customized a motorcycle to be AWD

I would like to do hysically a motorcycle with 2 tires to be AWD, means both ties will run symchronized. this job needs to be done physically in workshop. the one who is willing to bnid on this project need to know the followings prior biddings: 1- the amount on bidding need to be in US Dollar. 2- this project is for customize a motorcycle physically. 3- the bidder has to define his approach weither he will do it by gears and shaft to distribute the power from the engine, or by hydrostatic, or by hydraulics. 4- After the modification, trial is required to check the ntegrity. 5- the motorcycle will be shipped to me through shipping. 6- the milestone will never exceed the US Dollar 500, the rest will be aftercompletion of the project. 7- the spare parts shall be available throgh the loal market and the internet. 8- the simple the design is, the better it is for operation and maintenance. We need both to avoid complicated design. 9- the motorcycle will be Hona or Suzuki brands, and engine will be from 150cc minimum to 200cc maximum to avoid high cost. 10-the one who will be able to do it right, is promised to continue with for more projects. 11- the design rights is something belong to the project owner only. 12- People who are really good for gears and shafts are the most eligible to show their professionality here. for all bidders, simple communication is required, and all bidding need to be by US Dollars.
