complex motif recognition in time series

I need a Matlab code able to analyze very long time series containing different motifs. I want these motifs to be overlapped in separated plot, in order to see the areas where the motifs are different. In the attached file you can find a scheme showing my idea. Moreover, you can find a sample of a real motif that I'm going to treat. Please, take into account that the shapes of different motifs could vary a lot and the code has to be very flexible.
