According to the kind of differential equation, we should see how to solve it; it's different for ODE or PDE. It seems you have the DQM toolbox, otherwise, we should search for it in the net; preparation of DQM toolbox from scratch could be a time consuming task. Then grid the domain, implementation of the functions to suit to differential equation, and generation of numerical output and graphs are not difficult.
