Calibrating parameters of mathematical model to fit real world data

Hi, I am good in matlab coding, used to do that for signal processing. Of course, model fitting is one of the most applied processing for data, to have tendency understanding, data completness and so on. I can't say i will apply this kind of parameters estimation to your model, because i don't know which model you want to use and of course need data to test any idea coming to my mind.
