My project here is regarding a department store called FAB, Simply we need to create a marketing & action plan for the next 6 months, Main reason is to get more customers into the store! We do not have a website and online marketing won't be exactly the solution. Social Media marketing we are handling and we are doing well. So what im looking for is to create a marketing plan with the use of every month theme or holidays etc... either by creating social media marketing campaign & an event every month to ensure the expansion of word of mouth for the shop.
