Customize Magento Template

We need someone who can work with Magento. We have some changes to do to the template: [login to view URL] We want to create a photogallery A vertical slide show Fix the logo Add google search Some adjustments to the drop down menu (making sure no phrases pass the box) Change the background color of the drop down menu to white Add social network logos at the bottom next to facebook and twitter the top black banner should be removed and the writing should be black Make the text not in caps There are static blocks that we want to replace with a movie link Put our telephone number on the top right side
