Hi, I was able to successfully bid. I think I will be able to implement the way you want it. I was wondering if Python could be considered as our programing language. This will help me use libraries in Topic-Modeling, Ensemble lerning and also Deep learning which may be useful for us when we propose new ideas. Please think about it and let me know.

I am a data scientist/quantitative developer with over 5 years of experience doing analysis. My interest and expertise in using R and Database Development.

I am a master of computer engineering student at Istanbul Technical University. I am working on my thesis over machine learning and optimization. I have just finished a project in social media analysis and NLP. I have used Normalization, Morphological Analyses, TF-IDF, mRMR, clustering, word2vec, Naive Bayesian, SVM, DT and Random Forrest and also used Weka and some other tools. It belongs to a friend but I can share some part of the code with you if you were interested. I have not yet published a paper but I am working on it for "tweaking SVM using Estimation of Distribution Algorithms". And also I am competing in a Kaggle competition. The first and third phases are straight forward and clear and can be done easily but the second and fourth phases are a little bit vague. Definitely I can't design and implement a novel method from scratch but what I can do is to enhance, tweak, combine and alter existing methods and reach a better results than basic methods. I propose to make a contract for each phase separately and I want each phases money separately. And will ask for details of each phase at the start of it (like what you provided for phase 1). And my proposal is like this: phase 1: $1000 in 30 days phase 2: $1500 in 45 days phase 3: $1000 in 30 days phase 4: $1500 in 45 days I have just start my activity at freelancer yesterday and I am looking forward to get a job at my favorite field of research.
