Convert BMP to EPS and Enhance Image

I have a rough draft of a logo in BMP format.? I would like a graphic designer to recreate the BMP image as a vector based EPS file.? ? The image is currently grainy? with rough edges and the final product should be smooth and made up of vector objects so the image can easily be resized for various purposes.? ## Deliverables I have a rough draft of a logo in BMP format.? The concept of the image is wine glasses with attributes akin to a small tree. I would like the final EPS file to have all of the following attributes: - All individual lines within the image should be vector based and individual objects that can later be edited in Adobe Illustrator - Please enhance the design so that it is smooth and not grainy - Please make individual lines within the image thick enough so that the logo can be saved for the web as a JPG and not look grainy - Please make the text bigger and choose a font that is more appropriate for the design (use your best judgement).? "Playing for" should begin where it begins now but it should stretch all the way to the right side of the logo (bigger). - Please make the people displayed in the third tree bigger and more pronounced. - You may change color scheme in slight ways where appropriate. - Please make a second version of the EPS file where each of the wine glasses has a shadow.? The shadows should be at approximately 55 degrees or whatever looks best. Thank you!
