Brand Identity / Web Page Theme / Logo Design

We are in the yacht charter and exotic tourism business. We need a brand identity, a PSD theme developed for the home page and subsequent child pages. The home page needs to have a web 2.0 look and feel as this is a site listing information and details, multiple instances of tabular data. However we want a unique nautical theme. What we like: [login to view URL] The navigation scheme needs to be contemporary and web 2.0 in nature. No flash or java script menus, css only. Rather than a single image, on the home page, we want a collage of three luxury liveaboard vessel types alternating in a fade sequence (we can supply images). Feel free to utilize flash however all images utilized in the flash will need to be included as a separate image. Multiple layer psd is acceptable. We would like to see this layout but with a contemporary look and feel, real photos no artistic renderings. Three page layouts in css with the associated psd(s). Skin 1: Single Column ??" header, content, footer. Skin 2: Two column ??" header, content left, content right, footer. Skin 3: Three column ??" header, content left, content middle, content right, footer. The home page image needs to be wrapped, preferably more than a thick border, rounded corners at a minimum. Layout to be in the range of 1172px wide, center aligned. Fonts need to be clean and in a family similar to Lucida Sans Console for images and text in code is to be Tahoma, or any other Unicode family font which must be universal Mac and PC. SEO is extremely important to use thus where applicable utilize images as a background and overlay text in a div or a span. WEBSITE COLORS: Something contemporary that stands out and is reflective of our fast, informative, precise and detailed orientation of our business. It should be bold without being harsh on the eye. WHAT WE LIKE: A logo created with both the full name and the acronym of GYS. We’d like to see two options, 1) full name and acronym together and 2) full name and acronym separated. LOGO COLORS: The scope of our business is aquatic but leaning towards deep purples/goldish colors or turquoise/charcoal grey, but are open to other suggestions Two colors maximum. Color(s) should “pop?? on a black background when needed. The logo should be in an EPS format, or similar, for ease of printing/marketing. With and without a translucent background.
