asterisk vicidial installation for broadcasting voice messeges

we are an asterisk integration company of about 3 years experience we need remote asterisk vicidial installation the target of the project is to broadcast voice messages for different campaigns (lists of numbers) no agents involved the solution should work with at list 120 concurrent calls (4 e1/t1) we need to be able to schedule the different (sometimes for future) campaigns using date and time if there is a need for more then 1 server we will supply it.
