CS-Cart Apple Iphone App Web Store

I am running CS-Cart Ecommerce Store I want some one to make me an Iphone APP and submit that to Apple and get it approved which will allow users to download that APP for Free and than buy products from our store using IPHONE App, If you goto App Store and download NEWEGG app I want it exactly like that, that APP which you will make will be connected to our CS-Cart shopping cart database and everything should display like categories and all the products and user can easily process order .
