Greetings. We want to provide auto response or dialer system (virtual office). For local calls land line. NOT international calls. or voip I will explain the process. I want our customer to (call) line and hang up the land line will call them back and tell them to enter the phone number they want to call when the customer enter the phone number the land line call it and join the two parties together. I will explain it in steps: - Caller A calls a land line (it's not a virtual number) it’s a land line. - Land line call back caller A - The caller will her a vice tell him 2 things 1- The amount of credit he has(if he is a monthly subscriber he will her nothing in this stage) 2- A voice telling him to enter the phone number he wants to call. - The land line will call the receiver B number and join the two calls together. And it has 8 land lines and all the callers will call only one designated land line, for them will be as the general line. System should contain all the following and any other system we might need to operate the system: - Prepaid calling card management. - Consumer billing system. - Whole sale billing system. - Call rating based on plans/packages. - Real time monitoring for all outgoing calls. - Account blocking. - Call back application We will have two kind of customers: 1. prepaid (monthly customers) 2. prepaid customer (charge per minute) (Both prepaid card will generate from the system) customer will pay us through: - Call the land line (if they have no account the land line will give them auto response to enter the details of the prepaid card - user name first and then password) the details of the prepaid cards should be only numbers. - Each account created will be assigned to the mobile phone number of the caller. So if the caller call the (land line) the system will automatically recognized if the caller have credit or he is monthly subscriber or he don’t have account or credit. And if he don’t have account or credit the system will ask him to enter the prepaid card if he want to use the system. Extra notes: - Also if caller A called the receiver B and the receiver B didn’t answer. But later on the receiver B called back (as it’s a missed call) the system will connect him directly to caller A. - Our land line have special function where each land line can call two different parties at the same time and connect them together three party call. And this also should be integrated in the system I want you to give me your quotation for this system and the time needed to finish that. For the main system will provide you with two servers and diguim cards and 8 land lines and internet connection. Also you have to do a trail for this system on my own machine in the house as a first stage and I will screw 20% of the whoa amount for the trail. I have server with centos and diguim card and one land line. You have to give me fully operated system for the trail in one day.
