Attorney to Send demand letters - California

Hi I need UP TO 3 demand letters drafted to different entities and to handle any reply from these. i.e. to send a response back again (1 time) if required. please specify your hourly rate for any further work I might need. Although I have been fortunate enough to find an excellent attorney who is willing to litigate on a contingency basis and have signed an agreement to that effect, he cannot take the case until February 1st 2007. So in the meantime I would like to send out these letters without alerting my ex-partners that litigation is pending on them and their operations. Obviously if they do pay as requested I will not require litigation but it is a long shot that they will pay as owed. The first lettter goes to 2 individuals (4 letters mailed in all) This demand letter is to request outstanding monies owed according to an agreement made between partners, verbally. (We did draft docs with an attorney, started the work but never signed, however I do have chat records of agreement) Essentially I was ousted from the partnership in a manner that prevented me from further working with the client. Partners misreprented the partnership relationship, withdrew monies from our joint account and opened a new account in their names. The second demand letter is to be sent based on a negative/no reply from the partners. This goes to the client who is using the product developed by partners. I wish to assert intellectual property rights and request that the client no longer use the product until issue is resolved. The third letter is to be sent to a new partnership that one of my previous partners made with a company I was to be a partner of. This letter is to assert part ownership of this partnership and all revenue/monies. This is to be sent in case letter 1 has negative/no reply. I have well laid out descriptions of each letter and indexed backup documentation that I will upload. You must be an attorney in good standing registered in California.
