Create Client Centre

Need client centre built -clients need to register with username, get password -need home screen -link from shopping cart that recognizes what they've purchased and uploads matching questionnaire (16 different ones) -client fills out and submits; answers logged to their account -they can edit at any time -they need to be able to upload up to 5 photos per product -as this happens we are notified on back end -then we upload a file to their box and it notifies them note: we have the beginning of the files created in joomla (last guy did them but family emerg so he couldn't finish them) URGENT Max budget $100 CAD
