Community Builder and Template Tweaking

We are using TerranTribune dark from RocketTheme, and are interested in using several modules. From the start, you can see the "RokMiniNews" module which displays the latest articles from different sections. One problem we're having with this is being able to show thumbnails next to the latest article in each category. Next we would like each section at the top navigation bar to point to a main section that pulls a number of the latest articles from all of its categories, as well as separate pages for the categories themselves. Hopefully the articles can be displayed in a blog-style fashion. We would like the posts laid out as 1 leading, 2 column, four intro, and 4 links. I like this style, but is it possible to have each article within its own block instead of four articles in the same block? Another thing is, on the section/category pages, the posts themselves don't have dedicated links. The only workaround we're using is to always include a read more link, but there may not always be a need to use read more. If you can have each article's title linking to its own dedicated page, that'd be great. Like permalinks. On each and every page, there should be 2 sections for advertisement: One somewhere on the left or right sidebar, and one just above the article's start. There should also be room to include user/profile information via community builder. I'm sure you're familiar with Community Builder. A perfect example of what we would like is [login to view URL] a cricket site, we would like to implement it where each user can have an avatar. We would also like to give our users the ability to comment on each and every post. Each user profile should contain the default Community Builder profile information, as well as extras such as "Consoles Owned", "Games You Are Playing", etc. Each profile will also give users an option to put in their online gaming usernames. There would be 3: One for Xbox Live GamerTag, one for PSN ID, and one for Wii Friend Code. These should be displayed in the user profile box that appears on every page, as well as when you visit someone else's user page. Also, if you are familiar with Twitter, is it possible to add some twitter functionality for every user into their profile? Our home page would much greatly resemble the demo here: [login to view URL] On this home page, if you can see the featured video and weather area? We would like these 2 areas replaced by the user profile information for each user. Under it is an AD block, which can remain the same. Under that is Who's Online. Instead of a basic Who's Online, if we can show 6 random users' Images and Their Username that links to their profile page that'd be great. Under that is a podcasts block and a blogs block. If these 2 blocks can be replaced by a block function that would receive the 6 latest games to release and their average review scores, it'd be great as well. I hope alot of this isn't unreasonable so far. At the top of the homepage, you see the news content scroller? We would like that present only for the homepage for now, but we would also much rather prefer the same one used on the Cricket 360 site. If this can't be done, I understand, and if it can be done, can you help us in modifying our newsrotator module to add the top headlines? We can't figure out how to get this. I have more details but can only fit so much on here, please bare with us.
