Convert bunch of small sites to Joomla

Our business is in selling DVD's, Audio CD's, and Data CD's. We have a number of sites, all dealing with the Paranormal, UFO's, Ghosts, Abductions, Aliens, Magic, Psychic, etc. that are rather old, and need to be updated and placed in to a Joomla format (or possibly Drupal or some other stable, good looking format). To start, we have at least 40 sites we would like to convert! Each site is 8-12 pages with pictures. Here are some examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What we need is: 1) We will give you the site link to convert, the new site location with new domain name, full access to the host. 2) You need to install the latest version of Joomla (or if you have a better format) 3) All the text needs to be rewritten to a different style (use your own!) 4) Sites need to be good looking, flashy, but simple (You could add some of your own graphics) 5) You should be able to do this relatively fast, since we have many many more sites to do, and also variations of bits of multiple sites. Also, we have a number of Topics that we need site content copy written about, that could be put in to new sites that match our upcoming DVDs. All of our DVDs are extreemly unique and bizarre!, and deal with very unusual topics. For example, some topics are: Engines that run on water, Free Energy generators, Mind Control, Government conspiracies, secret underground bases, Grey aliens, etc. If you can write content about this stuff, and put it in Joomla, this would be great. Since we have a lot of sites we are looking for the cheapest, fastest, way to convert our sites, and create new ones.
