CMS selection consultation

We are looking for a Content Management System (CMS) to implement control of documents as required by ISO 9001:2008 and require assistance in determining the best product for our business needs. This job is only for consulting time required to recommend a specific CMS and for that CMS give a high-level overview of and pointer to how we can meet each requirement sufficient that we could follow this overview and not waste a lot of time trying to figure out e.g. where a given switch or knob is that we need to turn, configure, or write code for to achieve the requirement. Any experience with ISO 9001 a plus.\r\n\r\nOur requirements include:\r\n1. Online WYSIWYG content editing with the ability to easily view/edit the underlying HTML as needed. Must be able to import content (pictures, files, etc.) as needed as resources into the CMS for linking or embedding within documents.\r\n2. Revision control (including log date, user who made the change, what the change was, comment regarding change for each change, change history available, and revision number, date of last revision, and user who made the last change visible on page)\r\n3. Access controls to assign ownership of a page (document) to a department, allow any user in a group to edit content, but require manager approval before the page goes live. e.g. something like staging/approval where there are two separate parts of the site, one for approved content which is widely visible and one for drafts which is separate and harder to find, e.g. not visible in content directories and excluded from searches which lack an explicit request to see unapproved content.\r\n4. Capability to implement automated page naming based on Document Control Number (DCN) specifications is desirable if it is quick to implement. For instance, if possible the URL should incorporate the department, document type, and automatically assigned serial number for that dept/doc type instead of a title.\r\n5. Automated content directories which can be generated by search or filtered by department and document type.\r\n6. Ability to create, edit, and use forms. Once a form is used (filled out) it becomes a record which is then available for search, review, etc. in the CMS by any users authorized to do so.\r\n7. Interoperability with common file formats is desirable, for example, to import files from Word, Excel, etc. with a minimum loss of formatting.\r\n8. Migration from a wiki is desirable (specifically, MindTouch Core v.9.12.3) but not required. We are already looking at a scrape approach (which will lose previous revisions) but any thoughts on a more sophisticated approach are welcome.
