create a document that stores and reads cookies that track the number of times a user has visited your site and the date of his last visit. the first time a user visits display a message welcoming them to the site and reminding them to bookmark the site. whenever the user visits the site display the cookies [login to view URL]() statements, increment the counter cookie by one, and reset the the cookie counter expiration date to one year from the current date.
