Customization of Magento theme and funcationality

We are designing a portal based on Magento CE9.1 and based on requirement we need to do some customization in the theme and functionality. The theme used is Ultimo (latest), Third-party extension Amasty Layered Navigation. We are looking for an experienced freelance developer who can easily customize Magento as per requirement within one/two weeks. Basic work is already done, website up and running, after getting proposal and during price negotiation we can show the link. Following are few of the requirements and full list of requirement will be given after initial proposal. 1. Review/rating form to be shown in the product list page (a js popup should popup after clicking) 2. A contact form to popup upon clicking the Contact us link/button 3. Few custom attribute's options on a product to be shown after login only 4. Youtube video embedded link in the product list page (This embedded link should be like as Google+ implementation that is, while loading the page only the default image of the video only loads and upon clicking on the image a JS activates and triggers the video link). (Solution already implemented but need optimization). 5. More customization points to be discussed after proposal 6. Attached are two screenshot of the existing design and requirement
