Data mining with CoffeeScript

I have existing program written in CoffeeScript. It works under Windows with Node.js installed. Program sends packets to game data server. Server responds with JSON string. I need you to modify this program. Instead of just displaying the JSON string to console and closing, I need you to have this program capture specific data within the JSON. For each occurrence of data, the program must log the number of each specified occurrence within a separate text file which can be read by Javascript later. If your work is good, I will need you for further projects with considerably more hours.
