ANDROID IPHONE APP FOR TESTING ETHERNET

I need an app for the iphone and android to test network connectivity. it will use a generic ethernet adapter that plugs into the usb/lightning port for cisco switches and routers [login to view URL] must be able to pull an ip address [login to view URL] must be able to the vlan I.D the port on the switch is on [login to view URL] must be able to tell me what port on the switch the cable is plugged into 4.I would like it to flash the port on the switch if possible 5.I would like it to tell me the length of the cable thats plugged in 6. i would like it to map the wiring pairs 7.I would like it to be able to test an analog phone signal Please bid and inform me what your capabilities are The product by fluke called the linkrunner at can do this any advice is greatly appreciated
