Create a website for children

I want a website for children. This is straight forward XHTML/CSS stuff and a bit of javascript/vbscript thrown in. The site should appeal to children of all ages. The site contents are basically external links arranged in age group order. ages 0-3. 4-7, 7-10, 10-15. That means each age group need to have a separate page with different look and feel. The content structure should be the same. within each age group page the contents are categorised into Eg: games, music, videos, information, education and so on. I want you to populate each category with 10-20 great links that matches the age group. I can help you finding suitable links. How to get started? You show me some kids pages that are already there which you can replicate the same look and feel. I will then select one and you can work on it. You then add the external links as explained above.
