Adwords script

I need someone who can write a Google Adwords script which wil help me making sure Google adwords shows the ads I want for each keyword rather than other less relevant ads from my account. These search terms may look relevant because I already have them as keywords in my ad groups but Google has not always used those keywords when a user searched. By adding these search terms as negative exact matches, it forces AdWords to show the ads you want rather than the ones that rank higher but are probably less relevant. I should be able to set the name of the spreadsheet and where it will be stored. I need someone who understands my needs, have knowledge of Google Adwords an knows how to write ADwords scripts.
