Dance Pad "Whack a Mole" style Educational Game

We need a number of different game for our web-based educational platform. This game needs to run on a Dance Pad, so we are looking for people who are comfortable programming to Dance Pad input There is no server work required for this project. All work will be client side work done in Html5, Javascript and JSON. The game will be a dynamic educational game, which means that each time the game is played, the game will receive a new set of educational data (in JSON format). The idea for this game is described in the attached document. It is similar to the "Whack-A-Mole" arcade game. Please read the document before responding. Game developers are expected to provide all assets for the game, including all art work. If you can't provide the characters, art work, music, and game play, this project is not for you. Do not ask us to provide art work. Giving us an idea of how you would like to build the game is VERY IMPORTANT. Please provide detailed descriptions or sample images of your ideas. We are a startup, so price is a very important – please provide your best fixed price for the game. We have built a number of games for our platform, and they have all cost $500-$1,500.
