Client Template Update

In need of quick turn around assistance fixing a flaw with a template we have purchased and are using for a client's new website. The template is a HTML5 single page website, using javascript/jquery/ajax/html/css. The issue is that when the site is displayed in IE9 (as well as IE8) the backgrounds do not load. Which also will cause subsequent page/site interaction to fail. Something is dying in the page load/background stretch. You can preview the issue here: [login to view URL] If the above page loads with a background, you would then have to hit ctrl-F5 (one or many times) to get the issue to come up. The site will come up with a white background when the issue is encountered. The site above is running on an shared apache linux server. The issue does not occur locally (when running apache on your personal computer), and the issue does not appear to occur in Firefox or Chrome. It appears to be a JavaScript/jQuery issue that only affects IE. The page/template has only been tested on Windows XP and Windows 7 (both will have the issue when viewing in IE) I would prefer to have a developer/company that is also strong in PHP, as we have many more opportunities using those skills.
