★please read the file first then bid★ This is a project about Digital Image Processing. The freelancer should have programming skill with Java. The software is the most important !! I need a application to compare images using color histogram. There are 3-ways(actually 4-ways in this paper) to compare images. Histogram Euclidean Distance, Histogram Quadratic Distance Method, Integrated Histogram Bin Matching(★) The software finds images which image is most similar with query image using ↑those method. So it has 3 functions to compare. The purpose of this project is evaluation of new algorithm as you read. So here is my request. 1. The program should find the image which image is most similar with query image in image database using 3- ways(IHBM,HQDM,HED). 2. The program should show response time. because I want to see the speed of new algorithm(IHBM). 3. The program should have "recall, precision" function for result screen. p.s 1. payment: I want to see the result before release money. so send me executable file or video.
