I require an algorithm in c#, java or pseudo code that calculates the following scenario: What is the starting balance when I require drawings of $25000 per year adjusted for 3% per year inflation over 20 years. The Balance will have an earning rate of 5% per year and these earnings are taxable at 20%. The final balance after 20 years will be 0.

For this algorithm to be useful it will need to accept different scenarios. For example if the tax rate went up to 25% or if a longer period of time was required. I propose to write an algorithm where these values are not hard coded. Furthermore, as it will be calculating money, using primitive floats will be insufficient therefore a more accurate number type will be required. Note: if a specific language is preferred I can oblige.
