Android application UI facebook style simple sliding menu with icons base on Android 3.1 sdk

I have an application working but I want to upgrade the UI, I want to make it work like the facebook app where the menu slides (just one menu) from left to right and vice versa. My app works best base on Android 3.1 sdk going higher makes some stuff work slower or not work and I don't want to deal with that. If you are interested on developing this UI I just need the sliding menu with icons 6 total in a list or buttons it has to be able to support screen rotation with out restarting the class or application. more details ail be giving to you if you bid on it.
