Desktop application for the command line

I have a jar file and I use command prompt to inject some code into the file. This process is working as expected. I need a nice GUI that will do the same. It should also have an auto-update feature so that when I make some changes to the code, the user need not download a new version of the desktop application. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Saturday Mar 17, 2012 8:46:54 AM: Hi, Here are the details of the task that needs to be completed.
