We have an existing backend system for dispatching drivers. Currently, the dispatch goes to the drivers by email over Blackberry/Exchange backend. Using the browser, the driver accepts the order when received, marks picked up, marks delivered, and enters the signing person's name. Everything is time stamped. The browser is too slow. We need an application written for the Blackberry 7250 (J2ME?) that will utiulize the push/pull technology of the BES server and update the SQL database faster. The flow of the app can be reveiwed before completion.
