Bot for Google + Vote

I need a bot that will log into more Google accounts simultaneously and perform a simple action - Google +1 vote on sites that I will import into program and Google +1 vote in Google search. The bot must support hundreds of Google accounts without crashing. The difficulty is the multithreading task without interfering accounts between them and memory management so the program will not crash. Program has to run on windows XP and 7 machines and support captchas and proxies.
