Collection Counting Application

I have written an excel spreadsheet (using VB :330 lines) that assists in the counting of collections of money. It is designed to take the human error out of the counting process. It locks cell to editing but allows flexibility for users (with no IT/computer knowledge) to easily add additional sheets. It allows for the calculation of cash, credit card and cheque payments. I would like to have this converted to an executable that will operate on a windows based OS (without the need for COTS software). The current version contains a limited level of security which I would like enhanced. I would also like to create a 10 version (or 3 month) trial licence and additional functionality such as printing, emailing, configurable settings such as organisation name, logo, save directory. A browser enabled interface would be preferable. I have attached some screen shots for information. The code and master excel spreadsheet will be made available to the successful bidder.
